We don’t allow cancellations once the booking has been made, however we allow rescheduling as close as 5 days before the reservation time.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you need to make any adjustments to your booking, you can do so via the confirmation email up to 5 days before your booking date.

It’s always nice to have extra time to set up. We ask that you take that into consideration when booking your time. If you do show up early, we will ask you to wait until your scheduled time.

Pets of any kind are not allowed in the building or studios. No Exceptions.

We don’t keep inventory of certain colors, If you are curious of what colors are in a specific studio, send us an email and we will happily check for you.

Absolutely! Humano would love to host your mini session. Please book your mini session under the “mini sessions rental” tab.

The building is not wheelchair accessible.
